Probably need to adjust the cam gears. This is why cam gears are pointless unless you know what you're doing.

you definitely need to adjust the cam gears. if the motor is completely stock, put stock cam gears back on.
if i were you i would i double check the head by pouring gasoline in the ports and make sure the valves are still sealing

They all have made contact with the valves, check valves as well. If you did any shimming? Redo or undo! cam gears, do you really need them? If you do learn how to degree.

I didn't do any shimming, adjustable cam gears are set close to stock I'm going to post photo below . I'm going to upgrade to hks step 2 with hks springs retainers. Should I ditch the adjustable cam gears and go back to vct?http://i1308.photobucket.com/albums/s610/joshlawler82/Mobile%20Uploads/2016-03/15FACCF0-A114-4BA1-80BC-F5C3BD8244DC_zpszij651wh.jpg (http://s1308.photobucket.com/user/joshlawler82/media/Mobile%20Uploads/2016-03/15FACCF0-A114-4BA1-80BC-F5C3BD8244DC_zpszij651wh.jpg.html)

I'd check the valves too. Looks like a rocker exploded in there and someone rebuilt it. Maybe the valve contact is old news, but either way if you don't need the adjustability of the cam gears there is no sense in having them other than to say that you have them.

I'm not sure why people are telling you to put the stock cam gears back on when you could either set the gears yourself or ask a member to help you out with it. Would seem far cheaper to just adjust the gears.

Damage to the rocker seat was probably done when the piston hit the valve. I can't see how it would cause any issues for you besides potentially weakening the valve / valve stem.

Hey thanks for the input , when I put in the new valve springs I'll inspect the valves for damage. And your probably rite about the adjustable can gears should just use them to save money
