Apex'i Twin Chamber BOV with flange pipe

Apex'i Twin Chamber BOV for sale. I have run several of these, fairly uncommon now a days, great sound. Cool piece. I also have the flange/pipe(pictured) that are nearly impossible to find.
Looks like the sound adjust ring was cut or something, holds in place okay a little zip tie would lock it down.
