diff to subframe bolts

I believe the s14 one has the bigger hole that requires a washer on the bolt. that is the one i need. plz if any one has this let me know. i need it asap before my drivetrain goes kaboom.

my car is an s13 but i need the bolts that go to the diff with the larger holes which i believe is the s14 one.
