Y34 r&p ?

I'm doing a turbo Ls swap in my s30 with s13 rear subframe. I'm look for a tall ring and pinion combo that will work while keeping my 4-lug. I've been searching for a while and haven't clearly found my answer.

Can I swap the R&P from a y34(2002-q45) to a J30 diff ?
