Hi,
I know this is going to sound silly cause its a simple turbo timer install but I want to make sure I have this right before I go installing one of the most rare and sought after turbo timers of all time. LOL Maybe not but you know.
First the pics as I am sure its required with such an item. Its not the left to right that is for S14 but hey it works for now till I find one of those.

In the middle pic the top harness goes to the switch the middle harness is the main harness and the bottom wire is the e-brake ground.
In the bottom pic is the harness that plugs into the ignition harness btu Im not sure what car its for and I havent looked to see if it fits S14. Will tonight.
So heres my deal, by looking at the wiring I see that the turbo timer runs on only 4 wires from the main harness. Here is my thinking on the wiring.
Black ground at e-brake
Red 12V Constant
Blue ACC
Green On
Now with this wiring this means someone could drive off with the ebrake up correct? I noticed that this timer doesn't have a brown, grey or white wire which are usually the ebrake wire, speed wire and summin else I cant remember right now maybe RPM? So that if these register a vlalue the timer turns off.
Now this timer has a plug that goes into the ignition harness and adds the leap to the timer but i noticed it has a white wire that comes back with a butt splice on it but it doesnt go the the timer. Any clue what this is? Not sure why its there if it doesn't actually go to the timer?? Maybe as an extra source of power for sumin else? If the wires clipped in to my harness I would consider using the plugs but if you look at the female plug it is broken around the casing.
Any help is appreciated.
