5 speed swap

So UPS came and delivered my parts today. I know I still have to get the bellhousing bolts, flywheel, and crossmember. Gotta wait a week till payday for them though. This is the list of what i have, if the ones with ?? are wrong, please let me know. Also, what other parts might i be missing? Any nuts/bolts/other little things?
1-Clutch
2-Pressure Plate
3-Hydraulic line (big one)
4- Something to mount the transmission??? Not exactly sure ??????
5-mounting bracket (for driveshaft) ?????
6-Slave Cylinder
7-Hydraulic line
8-Release bearing
9-Bolts to mount pedals
10-6 Bolts (screw caps?) Pressure plate bolts i think
11-Flywheel Bolts (6)
12- Master Cylinder
13-Hydraulic line (1 SS, one stock)
14-Pedals
15-Clutch Dampner ??
16-Clutch fork pivot
17-Shifter Boot
18-Shifter Boot

These pics are the trans, driveshaft, and the last thing im not 100% sure... is it the pilot bushing? you can see this in the 4th pic. it came in the same bag as my oil pan plug and washer though.

Yep, that's the pilot bushing.

And don't bother installing the cluth dampener loop...it just make it a bitch to bleed the air out, and offers no advantage otherwise.
