were they purchased second hand? do you know how old they are or how many miles they've been driven? some manufacturers recommend rebuilding coilovers as much as every 20,000 miles. did you purchase a brand new set? what set of k sport coilovers? what car? other modifications? before posting, try proof reading. it helps us help you

A) ksport coils suck out of the box. Had em, hated em, never again.
B) yours are blown, thats what blown coilovers feel like. Mine blew like that pretty fast.

So to answer your initial question, no, being low is not the cause of your bouncy ride.

K sport (as mentioned above) sucks.
Get into a nice NEW set of Stance or Fortune Auto coilovers and you'll be set.

Wait, it's brand new and they're bouncy? Adjust the dampening as see if that makes a difference.

Check your preload, pretty sure there isn't thus causing the bounciness.
Or
They are complete blown up
