S14 ignitions with key and Glove box lock

also have glove box lock with key $30

This is an unrelated question, but i guess also a bump, but a half of my key is busted in the ignition. Now, I havent taken the ignition out from the steering column yet so I dont know how it looks from the peripherals.

Would you say there is a way to push the broken key out?

I really have no idea I'd ask a local lock smith or google maybe.

I was hoping youd make a judgement by just inspecting the lock cylinder since you have taken it out

There is a lock pin going thru the key cylinder. You need a pin punch and a hammer to take it out.
