how come pair 2 is cleaner than pair 1 and you stated that pair 1 is rebuilt?

They are painted different colors.
Pair 1 were rebuilt months ago and as you can see are still for sale.
I was going to rebuild pair 2 when i got them but decided not to waste my time. No one cares if they are rebuilt they just want them as cheap as possible. So i just cleaned them up and painted them.

Yes same pair. I just painted them black. I didn't like the grey color and figured other people didn't like it either so I changed it.
