ive been reading and searching for the past two days and trying everything i could find. its a s13 sr20det i just swapped in it was running but i noticed oil leaking from the head took the valve cover off and retorqued the bolts but now i cant get it to start. i have spark, fuel rail gets pressure and is tied in correctly, i get the constant 12v to the red wire from the plug, if i hand spin the cas i get spark and get the injectors to click, noid light tested and it flashes. it has 560cc from the evo which i tested and is low impedance with 3.3 ohms would that have randomly caused a problem in the injector? any help or other tests i can do to solve this would help.

Pretty vague post. You forget coil pack harness ground?

coil pack is good i have spark i have power all the way to the injectors just not spraying and find it odd that all the injectors went at once.

You could fry the ecu, if you don't have a resister pack. You need high impedance injectors otherwise. I don't know your setup but if the coil packs and injectors fired with the cas out test, I'd get new injectors and hope the ecu didn't die.

thank you i ordered new ones. the injectors came with the motor when i got it and didnt think anything about it until this problem and tested them.

when you got the motor was the ecu included with it? going from the factory injectors to 560cc injectors and no ecu tune could flood the engine and cause it to not start

i had it in another 240 i bought i drove for 3-4 months before i got hit and swapped it over the ecu was tuned

Are you using everything from your crashed 240? Harness and all? Anything additional you changed?
Did you check the ecu to see if it's flashing any stored codes?

How are you checking for fuel out of the injectors?

i swapped the harness because it was hacked up and went with a wiring specialties harness. i unbolted the rail and held the injectors hand spun the cas it clicked no spray and then i did the same but had someone crank it and still no fuel spraying. fuel rail is hooked correctly i had it running the night before went to fire it up the next day to finish a few things and thats when it wouldnt fire.

So you have fuel pressure at the rail but no fuel when spinning the cas?
Double check to make sure the fuel rail is hooked up properly. Gas tank>fuel rail>fpr>return to tank.
And with the key turned to on, the fuel pump should prime, if you can't hear it. Maybe you blew the fuel pump fuse

the fuel rail is correct when i turn the cas it primes and injectors click just no spray.

The cas does not prime the fuel pump. The key in the ignition does. So if it's not getting fuel pressure the injectors will click all day, dry.
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? How are you verifying fuel pressure ?

fpr is on the return side of the rail and its around 42 psi
