Hey guys/gals it's been forever since I've been on here. Use to have a sick 511hp sileighty that I sold and moved on. Been driving trucks since.

Currently in the market for something fun ( doesn't have to be new ). I just want to stay between 18k-20k.

I have been looking at the FRS / BRZ but want to see what suggestions you guys have. Now of course if I did get a FRS / BRZ I would find one that is turbo'd or supercharged as I find the 200hp won't do it for me.

Lots of cars for this price range from domestic to foreign.

Do you have a preference in terms of FWD, RWD, AWD?

Used STi, Evo, Pontiac GTO, E46 M3 BMW.

Help us help you....

If I was looking to spend that cash I would be looking into a B5 S4 or a S2000, but again at this point in my life I much rather spend the cash on some block time in a 172.

Clearly everyone has different tastes so you'll need to be more specific

AP2 S2000, FD RX7, Corvette (C6? Not sure what kind of price they're going for), Evo IX. Wouldn't consider much of anything else.

A used BRZ/FR-S isn't a bad choice. You'll get less for your money though since it's a fairly new car still. Not sure if you could find one with forced induction for $20k though.

Personally, I'd spend $20k between 2 cars. $10k for a 2005+ 4.0L 6mt Frontier crew cab for daily duty and a Z32tt with breather mods for 400hp+ fun.

Honestly a 335i or X-Drive would be the best all-around car you can buy, in my opinion. Just get a CPO'd one. 300hp easily upgradable.
