What I think depends on your overall budget, mechanical skill and plans for the car.

I think it's priced low and the conditions are shitty. But, if you're good at working on cars, and have a budget to turn it into what you want it to be, you should get it. However, if you're not good at working on cars and don't have the budget to turn it into what you want, then you shouldn't get it.
