Rb25det into s13 no crank

Ok so I decided to do an rb25 swap on my s13 now we got everything in and wired up but turn key and nothing just the sound of the fuel pump kicking on we can apply voltage to the starter and it cranks so we determined that ther is no signal to the starter any ideas of what could be going on and also this car used to be an auto and I did a manual saw on it awhile back for the ka

I am not sure about swaps, but is there a 'clutch sensor' meaning, the sensor the car has that determines whether or not the clutch pedal is pressed?

If you hot wire the starter and there is life, then it might be an issue with the ignition. Might want to start there?

Ya I figured it out! The write up I was using didn't mention the fact the starter signal was on a totally separate plug! now the bigger isue is we have 12v to coils and injectors but the ecu isn't sending a ground signal when cranked over on any of them tested for continuity on the harness all good there. Seems to be a bad ecu but I'm a little reluctant to believe that all 6 injectors and plugs won't get grounded maybe I'm missing a ground?? But also have checked all grounds on ecu side and it's all good checked all other grounds with a power probe seems to be alright
