PS Cooler line in FRONT of bumper?

Anyone seen this before? I'm shopping for a 240SX and found this one, but it has Power Steering cooler lines running out in front of the bumper. Seems like an easy, cheap, and bad way to go. Signs of the rest of the build, I'm sure?

lol, it either was someone being REALLY lazy, or someone poorly attempting to go for the bosozoku look.

It IS an idiotic way to go. Seeing this, i'd be wondering what other idiotic things were done to the car, and i'd walk away.

I love the fact that a lot of people don't know MOST OLDER bosozoku styled cars that have oil coolers 8/10 they are "dummy cooler" because you fuck that up crash hit something really hard if you don't have another cooler and or qt of oil in your backseat how the fuck are you getting back home. i mean you wont have a problem getting stranded with the PS cooler but still fluids everywhere!!
