NISMO Solid Shifter is a great replacement for those who want to shorter shifts with improved feeling, but without the drawbacks of a extremely short shift like the other brands.

NISMO uses a harder rubber compound in the inner part of the shifter to reduce deflection. This helps with overall shift feeling so you know when the car is in the exact gear. They also reduce the shift throw distance by 10%, to allow for slightly faster shifting.

Unlike a short shifter that reduces the throw too much, this lever ratio has not been changed so the transmission synchro life will not be affected.
