So I've been working on this car for about 7-8 months now and still can't figure out what is wrong with this thing. Ive checked my vacuum lines and made sure they are good. replaced them all to double check. got new spark plugs in, NGK BKR7E. New oil. replaced all gaskets around the turbo and even got a new manifold. checked my maf and cleaned it. even swapped mafs from my friends which came off of his running and no issues. used my fpr and friends also. still having idle issues.

idles around 500-600 and bogs there for around 5 secs then dies. right after that and i try to start it, it jumps to about 2300 rpm and then slowly just dies. when i try and open the throttle, it immediately dies.

so i have a nistune type 3 board in and connected to my edu and it read no voltage on my tps so i replaced it.....still same issue.....checked the voltage on the tips and it reading .31v at idle/close and around 4v at wot.

just wondering if anyone could think of anything that can help or figure out what could be the issue.....im lost now and don't know what else.

Have you tried starting it on a stock ecu

It was doing that since the stock ecu. So I ordered a nistune board to see if my maps might be off or any codes would come up but the maps are fine and no codes

It could be a clogged fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel pump issue.

i thought it would have been the fpr if anything. I replaced the fuel filter with a z32 filter brand new no miles since I cant drive it anyways.....new phase2 340 fuel pump and have a walbro 255 pump that works before I put in the 340 pump. fpr I swapped with my friends which his was working literally 5 mins before we put it on mine as well. still nothing. what I might try and put the walbro back in and check my fuel lines.
