Stock or aftermarket ecu ?

I have an rb25det 5 speed with an upgraded intake, turbo manifold and turbo down pipe. This is my first s chassis car and the RB isn't in the car yet.
Can I run the motor with the upgrades it has on the stock ecu ?

Run a new engine (a new, used engine lol) with all stock components (do not boost it, I just mean drive it around gently) after a compression test of course.

This will ensure it runs normal. It becomes difficult to diagnose fresh problems on a fresh swap if you start off with a bunch of aftermarket parts that require finesse and experience/tuning to use properly.

I'm going to rebuild the motor first so the motor should run fine I just wanted to know if it will run a stock ecu alright with the upgrades it has with no consequences on the motor.
