Got shipped poorly from my supplier.

Driver side all tabs intact
Passenger side tabs gone.

It's a real deal for a do it yourself guy or someone who would at least use the lenses on some USDM housings

Texted him last Saturday asking about tracking info and he claimed he was out of town until Monday (4 days ago). No communication since. Will be filling a paypal dispute by the end of the day. Buyers beware!!!!

I've delt with him on two occasions, both not pleasant. The 1st time I tried buying an item, he provided the price without shipping. After numerous attempts for the final price, I didn't hear back from him for an entire month! He finally replied that it had sold a while back... no updates to the post of any kind regarding the sale.

The 2nd time he was the middle man for a seller over seas, for the zenki glass lenses. He had stated a price with the total including all fees of taxes and shipping which I had double checked with him to be certain it was the final total including Paypal fees. After clarifying that, he gave me the seller's email to send the money. Once I had sent it, the seller replied expected more $ to cover fees. After contacting RAWgarage regarding the situation, he told me that I needed to send more money even after stating previously the original total would and should have covered to begin with. After not agreeing to adding more money, he was very dismissive and told me to make a claim. I contacted the seller to explain what had happened and he was extremely apologetic on his behalf and still sent me the package on the original deal.

It is clear that that he still a flakey and unreliable seller who continues to be doing business somehow.

I also had issues with OP once , I had purchase an item off him , had said it was ready to ship . After payment didn't receive any confirmation about item being shipped . Week went by I contacted OP wanting a refund . Said he haven't had shipped due to item not being in his possession but would contact friend to pull item off the vehicle to send the next day . I just said I wanted a refund instead and got my monies back, hopefully you can get yours back if things don't go well

Rule of thumb, never write fragile on the box, just gives workers all the more reason to mistreat the box. The best way to ship something fragile is to package it up properly so that nothing short of deliberate blunt forced trauma could cause harm.

:picardfp:Jeezzus, That is fawked. Sometimes working for FedEx can be embarrassing. Always use a shit ton of padding and paper in the box. The handlers throw the shit out of boxes.

LoOld like the glass parts of the headlights were facing together and during shipping kept bumping into one anthoer. Shipping headlight need to turn them back to back and still u need the big air bubble wrap

yeah I'm thinking insufficient padding in the box was the cause too.....considering the box had almost zero damage. Waiting on FedEx to see if they gonna cover it......if not gotta start the process over with Paypal
