both cig holes are between your leg area. SMALLer then a pencil eraser head. i had this seat for like..um almost a year and 1/2 and they NEVER got larger since i bought it. bride fabric is very strong, and it sover the gradiation area so the fabricis very tight.

i got the floormats from yahoo japan (dont ask me how, i know people)
i wont throw them in becuse they werent 'cheap' but they were knockoff..cost me like 130ish?
i have jdm Ks mats for my new car (s14) haha
if you buy the seat for 550 you can have the mats too.
they arent in perfect shape but definately still useable, got a bit tore up from the hole i added so they wont keep sliding forward, but thats under the leg area closest to rear

so 550 w/ the mats. i need money!!
