No tires, valve stems are fine and hold air but could use replacing because they're crusty.
One wheel was cracked but had been repaired professionally.
I painted them gloss black and it looks pretty good but I can sand blast them for the buyer for a little extra.
Located north of Chicago.
Not looking to ship as of right now.
