a PDR guy couldve probably popped that quarterpanel damage out if it hasnt been tried to be popped out beforehand.

Yeah most likely. The PO caused the damage but it never really bothered me, I was planning on turning it into a dedicated track car at some point anyway

ill try to borrow the comp. tester at my work. May take til next week, but the previous results were all mid 170's

Thanks man, the FMII turbo kit new is like 1k more than im asking haha
