What safety certification is it?

The helmet has a CAPA DOT approval as well as a gained ECE 22.05 approval because of it's added a locking mechanism to the shield which ensures a snug seal

I could be wrong but I don't think you can use this at a real track with that certification

^^^^ this is true. some tracks require snell certification like laguna seca and serious stuff. However, this helmets certification does fullfill most amateur event requirements as well as both street use (dot) and ECE (European spec, which is much stricter than here in the states). It can be a grey area of a topic as there are dozens of certifications required by different venues and sanctioned events. SNELL is probably close to fulfilling all of them.
