Selling a pair of TE's I just purchased, had everything figured out until Broadfield parted his car, and well I bought his Work Meister s1's so I no longer need these! 17x10+18 I just purchased from Slava, they are in excellent shape, tiny paint chips around the wheel but no rash or any other damage. Fronts I have are getting repaired, have too many sets of wheels right now and sick of dancing around these, so the pair is for sale til the fronts get back from having rash fixed then all 4 get powder coated. So let's get these gone!

would these need anything special to run in the rear of an s13 hatch? spacers, fender overhangs etc? also what tire size would be good for a stock body?

There is a wheel fitment thread to help you out, all depends on what you wanna do, I like less camber and more tire, so a good fender pull is needed.
