FS: Garrett T3/T4E 57Trim Stage 3 Turbo

I have a used Garrett T3/T4E 57Trim Stage 3 Turbo. The turbine housing will need to be replaced due to bolt hole closed up (pictured below). Other than that spins freely with no shaft play.
