To answer the questions Im getting:

No cracks in these at all, some minor scratches around the lenses visible up close <2'. The car I took these off of the owner had redyed the plastic with Satin Black VHT plastic dye (NOT Spray Paint, DYE). The scratches it appears are from the masking process... They aren't show room perfect but not faded in the least.

So did the previous owner of these tails crack them open n then dye em? Or did he dye the outside of em? Can't really tell in the pics

The plastic dye is applied like paint externally. The tails have never been opened and are not cracked in the least. They were faded to a purple-ish color and now its satin black.
