assembly lube for new arp head studs?

is it necessary to use assembly lube when installing new arp head studs on my ka24de?

if so, what type/brand do you guys recommend?

yes, the arp stuff should have been included

oh okay, i havent ordered them yet but i'll find out if its included or not

Use the stuff ARP gives you with the studs. If not You can buy some from summit.

Buy studs new, they'll come with assembly lube.
