S14 Electrical Help

I am in need of some help here. I went to start my Zenki the other day and it starts just fine but all the gauges are dead. Tach speedo etc all read zero but the car still ran fine. I thought it was just the cluster that went cause it was a bit finicky before but today when I went to start the car it barely turned over and went I went to start it again it wouldn't. I jumped the car and drove it a little ways and it started idling very low and almost died. My question is should I replace the alternator (did this and battery not even 6 months ago) or could it be something else since the cluster died too?

Charge your battery completely and start the car up and see what voltage is reading.

If it's not 14v you could possibly have bought a defective alternator.

If it is outputting 14v verify you ground connection to the battery, chassis, and engine are good.
