I read the linked post and in all honesty, it sounds like you're just being impatient. it hasn't even been 3 weeks yet man, granted that's a bit of a wait for a small package but not everything is gonna arrive at your doorstep in exactly a week. wait it out a little longer and if it still doesn't show up, then I guess you're out 20 bucks. shitting up the forum with threads like this doesn't exactly help either, I know you probably feel like you're doing the public a service by informing us that this guy could be a scammer, but in fairness that's a risk a lot of people take when they buy from private sellers online. and you know what they say, buyer beware.

ya your right it has been 2 weeks and a day it seems longer but we all know how long it will take to get here if he sent it on the day he said he did and hes just been acting sketch and i guy thats sold so much stuff should of gave me a tracking number but i made a dispute with paypal so if i get it good if i dont then ill get my money back
edit- and when he said he called the post office to make sure it shipped? that seems fishy so im thinking that he really shipped it yesterday

Has he ever provided you with a shipping number? If yes, then just keep track of it. If not then call paypal. They will contact him directly and force him to show proof of shipment. If he doesnt do it immediately you get refunded.
You don't need to respond to this thread. Just call paypal

Not everyone has $800 to waste on spacers.

I wouldn't even make an extra trip to the post for 20.00. Not even worth the time. Granted I would have shipped your product by now but after seeing this post I would simply refund it and tell you to shove it. No ones going to scam someone over 20.00 that's ridiculous. Things come up shit happens. If you want it faster drive to texas.

Three points:
1.) No one likes mhubeny180sx but he keep trying to act cool.
2.) I would advise against buying parts from anyone that spells 'fucken' the way the seller spells it.
3.) Kid from FL is cheap and probably legally lame.

Actually they will scam you for small amounts like that. I was scammed for some oem s13 mud flaps on here for 20something bucks. Yes I did have to wait 30 days with PayPal too but I did get my money back.

You mean to tell me he actually shipped the item you purchased and that patiently waiting would have you saved all this time and troubled text along with blowing up posts on zilvia over $20? Boy oh boy :picardfp:
You could have also just disputed this over paypal and easily gotten your money back if you felt like you got scammed. $20 scam isn't something to go cry about. Thats why you used payapl - you get your money or your package...

So your saying when you buy something you should automatically assume that it will take 2 weeks before it ships out? And it's already disputed

We don't need to make a new thread (in the wrong section as well) over $20.

No but at the same time yes... I've gone through this forum on numerous purchases where buyer hadn't shipped the package until actually 1 month after payment was sent - many times its because they work too much, or can't find a box to fit the item in or shit they just forgot, But is that scamming? No, And why didn't I worry? because PayPal backs purchases up to six months and ill usually wait up to a month before mentioning ill file a claim.
Telling him to ship the package by >date< or claim will be filed on >date< obviously worked and your package is on its way. Dude was just lazy and you can leave that in detail on a review on his end when your package comes or just forget about it, But it was not a scam.
We appreciate your concern and eagerness to expose a "scammer" but the whole world didn't need to know, zilvia at that over $20. waste of space on this forum for that much imo. And for future reference this is the section you would post scams http://zilvia.net/f/forumdisplay.php?f=67 .

My rule of thumb is; regardless of price, if parts are not ready to be shipped in 2 business days, you shouldn't be selling a part.
1) All my items are documented with pictures of box, packaging, item in shipping package, etc
2) A tracking number is sent out with all packages
3) All packages are shipped within 48-72 hours. If there are ANY issues, the buyer is PMd immediately. No questions asked
4) Pictures are sent to the seller is requested. Also, if there is any damage during shipping, this helps both parties when it comes time to file a claim with the shipping company
5) Package all items appropriately. Any items I get shipped to my house, I save the package and packaging to be resued.
There has been numerous occasions where none of that was followed..........One gentleman shipped an aluminum manifold in a box 4 times the size, with two pieces of paper. Another sent a Greddy oil adapter in a box 3 times the size with NO packaging.

It's the holiday season guys, shipping is slow as fuck for the most part.
Just FYI, that is such a small part, he probably used parcel mail as the shipping option since that is the cheapest. That service takes quite awhile when you compare it to USPS priority.

If it shipped parcel post good luck getting it by next year. Never understood parcel post flat rate priority is 2-3 days and ridiculously cheap id rather pay an extra 6.00 to get it by the weekend than next month.
@mongomery1234 - I'm there with you on that, rather pay extra for faster shipping but not everyone wants to cough up that dough. So as a seller, you have to maximize your bottom line so reducing shipping costs is one easy way.
