I never ran them but the previous owner said they never lost air and he didn't even notice the cracks. Make of that what you will...

Really is an easy fix for a welder though.

Honestly for the price this is a fair deal. A set in good condition in this size is usually 1900-2000.
Getting it properly fixed should not cost more than $100. Looks like It is just wheel #2 that needs it. You can probably just get it welded up for under $100 and then powdercoat the whole set.

If you really want it go for it. Message him and he may be willing to work with you with shipping costs/price as he did for me. He is an honest seller. I personally would just refinish them in one shot and if you change your mind you can easily sell it back for what you have into it.
