More qustion's on the sr20det

Can anyone tell me that if i go with the sr20det if they sell hight output alternator's for that motor and also do they come with A/C and dont know and other's but i had a 1992 geostorm with a 5speed and i good feel the power loss bad when i turned on the A/C will i have this problem with the sr20det.

Im dont about if the SR comes with AC, but I dont really notice much of a lose in power when my AC is on. I still hate AC though. I wanna rip mine out to save weight <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Yeah the SR comes with ac. &nbsp;There needs to be fabrication in the system though. &nbsp;A couple hoses from the SR core wont fit onto the 240sx frame. &nbsp;They fix that by using the stock KA air conditioning core and evap canister. &nbsp;Also, in a geo, with a whopping 60something hp, you will feel the parasitic loss from ac. &nbsp;In a 220hp SR20 you won't feel NEARLY as bad.

ya i say fu*k the AC i riped mine out last year and i could tell the difference just by cutting the belt than i toke the whole system out and i made the car lighter but i could not realy feal any difference

Thank's i still want the A/C becouse it is hot here in hawaii and the car will be used as a daily driver and to race at the track with some friend's.
How about the alternator anyone know if they make higher output for the sr20det. and how much dose the stock alternator put out anyway.
