Assuming you have a running driving 240z

NEED TO HAVE

Starting with the engine
-- A Turbocharger. It has the factory manifold now. I'd advise new oil and coolant lines.
-- Alternator adjustment bracket. Old one broke.
-- I'd recommend a new clutch and lighter flywheel.
-- Depending on turbocharger choices, you might want/need bigger fuel injectors, but the factory injectors are there and LOOK clean. I have not removed them for testing.
-- Spark Plugs
-- I'd recommend a front facing plenum to help with pipe plumbing.

The chassis
-- Intercooler
-- Better radiator
-- Driveshaft and transmission cross member from a 280z
-- 30 minutes with a grinder to slot the engine cross member. Once the engine is out and the engine mounts are out of the vehicle, you need to enlarge the holes that the mounts go into. They need to be the same width, but a quarter of an inch closer to the firewall. If you send me a picture of the cross member I can show you what I mean.
-- A Fuel surge tank system to maintain fuel rail pressure. I will include one.
-- A low pressure fuel pump to feed the surge tank and a high pressure pump between the tank and the fuel rail.

That should be it, but you know how projects like this go. I'd HIGHLY suggest hanging out on HybridZ.org. I can send you dozens of links about this engine and chassis set up and theres plenty of more info over there including merging the RB engine harness into your 240z harness.

Also, to you and everyone else.

I will take $1500 if you bring me a rebuildable KA24de -OR- a complete 5 speed swap for my S13 coupe. Eventually want to build a mild KA-T and I want to ditch my automatic.
