I have the following items for sale:
1. Defi Link Meter 60MM Gauges: Original style Defi gauges. White face 60MM version with green illumination. Exhaust Gas Temp and Oil Temp. No sensors, wiring, or controller included. The Oil Temp gauge does not sweep when plugged in so I am not sure if it even works or not, but it does light up. It may still work, but please buy at your own risk. EGT gauge sweeps and will work properly with a sensor.

Gauge mounting cups included with sale. Consider this sale essentially being for the EGT gauge and the Oil temp gauge and mounting cup being a free bonus. Who reads gauges anyway though? They're for looking cool! lol

2. Trust GREX Shift Knob: Brand new in box shift knob. The thread pitch is for Toyota and Mazda, but you can use this in your Nissan with a thread pitch adapter that you can purchase online from FR Sport or Touge Factory for a nominal fee. I am using the same shift knob and adapter in my S13 with great results. This is the blue top version. Pretty hard to come by these now a days, let alone brand new in the package!
Note that only the Blue top version aluminum shift knob is for sale. The other ones pictured are not available. I will add a more specific photo later this evening.
