Well, after I installed my digital cluster in my hatch. My dash and rear taill lamps keep going out. I keep switching fuses, and i've gone up in ampage<sp> so they don't blow as often but now its blowing the moment I turn on the lights.
My questions is, what could be causing this problem??
Also, I have the s13 front end, and when the last fuse blew out. The yellow projection light,(the passenger side) won't come on now. I'm HOPING the projection bulb was bad, and thats why the whole the kept on blowing.
Any INPUT would greatly be appreciated.

Upping the amperage on a fused electrical line is NEVER a good idea. Always stay with the suggested rated fuse size recommended by the manufacturer. The additional current drawn thru the electrical wiring will cause the wire to heat up & the plastic surrounding the wire to melt - a potential for fire.
Sounds like you have a hot power wire grounding out somewhere...the reason your fuses are blowing. Since you mentioned that you've had problems with your front passenger projection light, you might want to check the wiring harness & the connectors inside to make sure they haven't shorted out & are working properly. You will need an 12 volt electrical test light OR a multimeter. You will have to check for continuity & voltage. If the projecton light harness turns out okay, then you're gonna have to trace the entire electrical circuit for your marker lights & brake lights.
Best bet to trace down electrical shorts is to get your hands on a Factory Service Manual for your year car.
Good luck troubleshooting this problem...it's gonna be a bitch if you don't have a FSM!!!

definitely sounds like an open or shorted wire. A quick way to check is to verify the wires that go into the source that causes the fuse blow out. Take a test light and tap it at the source of the voltage, and then at the end of the wire. That way you know if that wire is complete or not. Then, if you get a source voltage but not a final voltage, you can work your way down the wire and see.
