Some of the greatest drivers in the world come out of Scandanavia.. Norway, Finland, Sweden... don't believe me? Check the WRC standings.. from the last, oh let's say... 15 years. :D

the reason a lot of scandanavians are good drivers is because many of the men grow up either watching ice racing or driving in ice races... and if you can drive in that, you can drive in anything, ice racing takes a lot more control and skill than drifting, although i hate to admit it
