T28 burning oil

Would poor drainage cause some oil to back up in the turbo and burn, and come out the exhausts?

I ordered a new drain tube and drain pipe. Hoping that's my issue

Well actually where are a few drips towards the front on the engine but it's inconsistent, and hard to pin point
