Hi there, so I've had my KA out of my 240 for a while now and I am now ready to order my new motor. The only problem I'm having is where would it be the best place/ website to purchase my motor from?? Please help. Thank you!

I got mine from JDM Engine Depot in 2009. Only experience I've had. Still runs great.

+1 for jdm engine depot.
Altho I had some issues on arrival they took care of me. (dented oil pan, missing maf, wrong ecu)

I think the guys at MA-Motorsports have a real good supplier as well, they went in one of the Drift Garage episodes.

JDM Engine CORP in Dallas, JDM States in Houston, JDM Inc. in Houston.
Go pick it out and compression in front of you. Then do a review bro.

I bought my Rb on Jdm state. I had a good experience there. I recommend you buy local so you can see what you getting in person.

Buy it from any place where you can go physically see it. If they turn out to be unreliable then only buy it online as a last resort.
Jdm engine Zone, JDM engine Depot and Jdm engine USA corp seemed to be the only places around me. I went to all 3 in person
Depot was nice in person but they ended up selling a motor that I wanted right before I was going to pay them. They didnt care about me coming back to see another.
Jdm engine zone didnt have anything until february apparently
I ended up buying from Jspec auto in virginia

+1 for finding an engine from a local supplier. It will still be worth it even if it was a full day or driving just to check it out in person. You'd be saving yourself a lot of headache if you can start with a good motor set.
Good luck.
