Driveshaft hitting the e- brake cable

88305 shit was driving me nuts for a week trying to figure out what was creating the noise I was hearing! So I searched online and I was a little confused on how to fix this. But how do I move them so that they stop rubbing against the driveshaft? Any feed back will help. Still kinda new so if this is in the wrong spot in sorry

I don't believe so if I pull the hand brake it's seems tight

are the cables tucked into their clips on the top of the driveshaft tunnel?

I believe so I check them before i installed the drive shaft
