Not saying it's not cool, just trying to understand your reaction.

The steel looks a bit thin on those motor mounts, is that the final design? I'd want to box those up. They're going to flex a lot set up like that with any significant torque.

IMO, I think they should've stuck with toyota motors. It's kinda like swapping a sr into a civic. Its not a real civic anymore. I like what they've done and the effort, but I wouldn't do it.

i heard they use the truck rears and trans's too sometimes. maybe not in that car, but the drag dudes do it for the beefy four-wheel drive gears
