celica rims on s13?

Hello all.. searched a ton and found alot of mixed answers.
Seen some 13's on google images with 4 spoke celica rims.
how did they get them to fit since the hub size is smaller?
tryed putting them on yesterday and found out the hard way the
hub size doesnt fit.:picardfp:
