Just curious guys what kind of music do you like to listen to for that late night cruise? Share some of those hidden gems. For me personally I like to go for those chillstep songs coasting at a good 15 mph on empty streets. It's like meditation for me. Anyways here's the stuff that I enjoy.

I guess it all depends on what type of late night drive you're talking about ;)
If its a cruise then underground hip hop or classic rock
If its one of those "Mexico" missions then definitely some kind of fast paced electronic music or metalcore... Yeah random taste in music, I know

I've been listening to korn lately, at late night, they have a good range of songs that I forgot about and an album that came out recently that I've never listened to. so far so good!

Nothing better than lighting up and smoking to Curren$y during late night cruises.

Hard rock or jungle really loud. Anything like the link the OP posted would guarantee me falling asleep behind the wheel.

Ehh it's relaxing lol I don't drive more than like 15 when I'm cruising and it's like a meditation for me.

nujabes.
:wtc:
Really depends on the mood.
Nujabes is really chill for late night cruising.
Upon a Burning Body/Attila if it's one of those rage nights.

Have you heard Curren$y's song "560 SL"? One of his lines is about being in a 240sx haha

turn the radio off and pay attention to the noises the car is making, that way you can give us more details when you make your "why did my engine blow up?" thread. Either that or listen to NPR

Well I only cruise like at 15-20 mph, I would hope my engine doesn't blow up from that :2f2f:

I checked out Nujabes, wondered why I hadn't heard of him before. And then I found out :( how sad. The Nujabes Pandora station will play some great stuff after a little bit of thumb upping/downing to your taste.

Not being a nujabes fan should be a misdemeanor :picardfp:

NPR is good. I used to listen to it in the afternoons for the issues they covered and the current events, and around 3 or 4 AM they had played jungle music. Good to keep me up behind the wheel. But I read the thread wrong. It seems the topic is cruising in the evenings and not driving at 2 in the morning. In that case you can never go wrong with some Smokey Abum9IDymTE
....unless some of you dudes like to cruise "ya boys."

Any smooth chillstep or Jazz/hiphop is a recipe for success
If your racing on your home touge You need eurobeat playing in the background:keke::keke:

I'm happy that some guys mentioned Nujabes. I don't talk about him much because I don't want some fucking loser vibing to Nujabes. It's selfish, I know.
All the guys that worked with Nujabes are awesome. CYNE, Substantial, Shing02, and even the tributes to Jun after his death have great tracks.
Lately I've been using my iTunes Radio to listen to 50's Rock while I drive. Al Green always calms nerves, too.
...but it's gotta be WuTang if I'm having fun.
