I'm new to the 240 scene, and also new to turbo cars in general, so please go easy. I have been searching forums and google a lot but I'm still confused/want to be sure on things. Just bought an blacktop sr20 longblock (no turbo, manifolds, blah blah). I was then able to get my hands on a stock intake manifold within 2 hours so I got it saying why not.

My question is, what to do for 300 hp. I know there are plenty of options to get here, and this is mostly just double checking. So 440cc injectors, z32 MAF, exhaust, tune, but I have questions on turbos. Many kits are available and I have my eye on GT2871R-RS, or T28. I open to recommendations because I know nothing about turbos other than big = more power with higher spool time usually. Is the GT2871R the same as the disco potato? The T28 is the stock s15 turbo correct? Is a stock intake manifold okay, and what turbo manifold is a good choice?

I also have questions on BOVs. I've been reading that a recirculating valve is better with the z32 MAF (still don't understand it), and in general. Are all BOVs recirculating or only certain ones, and is there a difference in setting them up as compared to atm BOVs.

Also been looking at ACT clutch kits (ACT Street heavy duty) or Competition Clutch stage 2. Any opinions on these, this car with be a daily driver and I'm trying to get ~300hp.
