I have a 1990 240sx ka24e. 5 speed swap. automatic ecu. i had two codes. 1. egr function. 2. injector leak. Found the egr unplugged. Plugged in EGR. Code is no more. I cleared the codes. Prayed it would pass. nope. Code for injector leak came back. My smog numbers are : 87846 .

Things i have checked
checked fuel pressure between fuel rail and filter.
fuel pressure was at 40psi while running. shut car off and remained at 45psi for over 20 minutes.
I found 3 broken studs for exhaust manifold. Main issue? (havent fixed)
Spark plugs (did not look or smell fuel fouled) will change when done
changed spark plug wires
i have oil and oil filter to change once it is fixed
have an air filter to install.
put in 91 octane chevron
got car warm before taking it to smog station

Weird it passed the 15mph but not the 25mph.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Replace your o2 sensor and get a new cat.

New Cats should damn near bring your numbers to 0 or at least within passing levels.

Pull fuel rail to check condition of fuel injector o-rings, perhaps ohm test injectors as well.

Update.
I attempted to pull the fuel rail with injectors, turning the key and and see which on would leak. Key on engine off. Every time a different injector would pop out. So I gave up. One of the injectors did have a torn o ring when it came out. I replaced it. Code hasn't came back yet. And I drove it to and from work. Haven't hit the freeway yet. Also the car has a 3.5inch to a 4.5 in muffler. Previous owners great idea lol.. I got a stock exhaust that I will put on tomorrow.

Ran a couple of quick test. Saw my upper radiator hose was under vacuum while the car was running. Popped off the radiator cap. Revved the engine. Noticed bubbles coming out of radiator. I will test my cap and compression check tomorrow

UPDATE:
I did a compression check. Cylinder 1 , 2 , 3 : 165. Cylinder 4 : 180. Also did a cylinder leak down test. Cylinder 1 was at 8%. 2 was at 32%. 3 was at 4%. And 4 was at 10%. After that I did a block leak test. I let it run for 30 minutes with the leak tester on the radiator. It passed. It didn't change colors. I have no oil in my coolant or vice versa. I did have alittle bit of air coming out of my crankcase and exhaust. Plans for tomorrow. Sea Foam, replace exhaust manifold gasket and broken bolts and studs. And install stock exhaust.

update: Removed exhaust manifold and all broken studs. Installed new manifold gaskets. Coated with copper spray. Installed new gaskets between down pipe. Installed new cat gaskets. No exhaust leaks now. Put seafoam in. Checked my voltage are continutity on my tps. No issues found there. Car back fires alot on deceleration. Engine seems like it has a small misfire. Checked for vacuum leaks but didnt find anything. I need this thing smogged

Give her a dose of CRC emission pass fluid. Can get it at most part stores, Here in Canada at least. Real heavy duty product. Its also got a "Pass or double your money back" deal to make it even more reasuring. Couldnt hurt!

I would check the egr and see if it's working properly and if the egr passage is clogged. How's the temp gauge? A lazy coolant temp sensor can also cause enrichment. When was the fuel filter replaced? I would replace it if it's been a while as well.
