fast idle

I have had my sr for a month or so and recently it started idling fast around 1200-1500 rpm. It sounds really good, but I don't think it' s supposed to do this. Before it would always backfire when decelerating in second gear, but there's no more of that. I'm assuming it's running a little rich because I have a new fuel pump and the AIV is removed. I was thinking of reprogramming the ecu but I wanted to wait until I upgraded the MAF, injectors and turbo. Otherwise it runs fine after startup. Sometimes after startup it will bog and hesitate but after I go thirty or forty, there's no more problem.

Any suggestions to correct the idle or do I need to reset it the FSM method
