Where was the place that had the kouki s13 tails for 500$ shipped? I though it was west covina, but they are close to 600$ with shipping. Do you just need to call them or was it a sale thats over?

Not $500/shipped, but that's a good price for BNIB tails.

It was a glorious day on the day I got my entire 180sx kouki tail light set brand new for $450 shipped. Bottom panel and lock/key set included. This was the year 2010 my lads.

Not discontinued. You can still order them BNIB from some nissan dealerships.

Are discontinued, meaning no longer being manufactured

No no, discontinued means that they are NLA.

Technically, they could decide to produce more based on demand. There are many parts that are antiquated and still being manufactured. Its only the low-demand items that get discontinued.

I was mearly clarifying the situation. Not currently being manufactured nonetheless. The supply is now all of what has already been made, price goes up. I doubt nissan will boot production back up on them. Theyve got bigger fish to fry
