best quick release and/or wheel hub for nardi

i wonder whats the best quick release for nardi wheels on an s13 where i dont need any adapters.

is the shortest the NRG short hub? will it fit P&P?
is there any qucik release incl boss. or do i always need 2 seperate units? snap off + boss kit?
