Picked up another built ka-t. I'm keeping the head, but the entire bottom end is up for sale. Would love to get rid of it all at once. Keeping it together unless the rods/pistons sell together. Head was minty fresh and as described so this thing has plenty of life left in it.

Heres the original for sale add...I've started going through the head and everything has the wear id expect with a season or 2 of drifting on it.

Built ka-t partout 400hp++

Heres the original owners description of the build:

The motor was finished at eshift performance in NJ 9/13. It was dyno'd during the break in and made 311hp on just wastegate pressure ~9psi. It was bumped up to 17 psi at round 5/14. Should be around 400hp now. The tune is for 17psi. Never had any motor related problems, had problems with accessories cracking from solid mounts and also had random intercooler piping hoses popping off. It has a total of about 15 events on it. I will answer anymore questions you have about this setup. Only reason for selling is going v8 for competition purposes.

-bored .20 over
-polished/knife edged crank
-wiseco pistons
-eagle rods
-clevite bearings
-arp studs

Also comes with:

Mr gasket copper exhaust gasket
Thermo plastic intake isolator gasket
-03 turbo oil feed
-10 oil drain, oil pan is obv tapped.
Complete short block otherwise...timing set etc...

Looking for $800 obo for the entire short block, will part if some one well take the rods and pistons. Will meet up pretty much anywhere within 300 miles of ct.

Bought most of the turbo setup that was removed from this motor today for the OEM block I've been rebuilding.

I would've grabbed the forged pistons and rods off you about a month ago, but at this point I'm too lazy to take the whole block apart and deal with installing forged internals lol.

Bump for a good ass deal.

I keep getting a lot of questions about shipping...

Freight to pretty much anywhere in the lower 48 is $150-200. Its about the same by greyhound. Substantially cheaper if you just have me ship you the internals

That's what the original owner claims. He didn't give me any paperwork, but the valve work was done correctly, cams degrees, etc. Someone built this thing right.
