It was never abused or raced. It has a clean title; no accidents and no body work. Mechanically everything is perfectly functional with car and theres no leaks of any kind. The engine runs smooth and always has. All maintenance up to date & It was garage kept all of its life, saw very little weather. There are no cracks or fading on the dash. Interior is very clean. I detailed the interior atleast twice a month and cover it with custom covercraft sunshade. Paint still shines nicely and is fully detailed and clay,polish,wax twice a year. Tires are almost new with over 80% tread and car saves a lot of gas. This makes the perfect daily or a show car for anyone! Its torquey and very fun to drive. This car is as close to how itll look if purchased from factory in 1997. Only reason trading is I am bored of my cars easily.

Of course if you dropped it down you'd be into a whole new market of buyers, but I think someone will snag this up for 10-12k. Think about what else sells for 12k, RWD junk skylines, hell I've even seen JDM corollas sell for 10k because of JDM.

12k and it's automatic with a stock KA. Not really realistic. It's basically a clean looking 90s car that's slow and most people buy these cars to throw around with a manual. For 12k you can buy a clean swapped RB25/SR20/RB20/LS/etc 240sx with a manual gearbox, which actually sells for that price, and in a lot of cases, with a few grand left over. If you want to sell it to collectors, sure by all means but don't be surprised if it sits for months/years.
