Testing Waters 1989 240sx fastback

I'm considering to buy a RHD 180sx, so I was wondering what I could get for a 1989 240sx fastback, its 5spd, sunroof, converted to power windows/locks/mirrors, but they're not wired yet. It's the factory gunmetal gray color, but it's very faded and looks primered. the new power doors are black. I would be selling it pretty much stock. There is around 140,000 miles, and the car is located in SoCal. I've only driven it for less than 1,000 miles since i've gotten it, because it is my project car and not my daily driver. It has a clean title! The body is straight w/ the exception of minor dings and dents here and there(nothing major)...If/when I get my next one, I should be able to replace the dented parts if you'd like. Tires are bald, and would need replacing, or you can keep the Work wheels that it currently has. It's pretty much a project car to build from the ground up. The dash is cracked, but I could throw in the rare HUD dash w/ cluster, which took me forever to find.

The car runs, and the engine is still good, but could definetly use some work, or hopefully a swap pretty soon.
Also, the tranny sometimes grinds going into second(fix w/ the swap)

All offers would be welcomed and possibly considered.
