So I have a 1995 s14 ka24de I blew my tob on the car and I pulled the trans and fixed it while doing that I went ahead and relocated my front mount from in front of my radiator to an actual front mount location behind the bumper, and ever since I put it back together the cars been idling super weird and I can't figure out why the car will idle at 1000-1200 on cold start sometimes even 1500 and then when it warms up it'll jump randomly and idle at 1600-1700 and it'll drop down to 1000-1200 randomly and it'll keep bouncing but it'll never go below 1000 when I turn the car off for awhile and turn it back on sometimes rarely it'll idle at 900-1000 but that's it I can't figure out why it's doing that. Also whenever I put in gas at the gas station when I fill up I'll start to smell gas inside the car but when I just put in like 5 gallons or less I won't smell it any suggestions? I'm a new owner sorry

first, do a vacuum/boost leak test.
second, clean your maf.
third, make sure your TPS is set correctly
fourth, clean your IACV
fifth, before you ask how to do any of these things, google it.

Okay so I did my boost leak test and I fixed up all my boost leaks, I cleaned my MAF, now when i tried checking my TPS this is what happened. I got home from school and so the car was hot I left it running and unplugged the TPS as soon as I unplugged the TPS the car revved super high then when I plugged it back in it did the same. I tried to adjust the idle with the screw while it was unplugged and nothing the idle didn't change. So does this mean that my TPS is bad? When I unplug it or plug it in it revs high then goes back down to 1400-1500 rpms and stays there and won't do anything when I turn the idle adjust screw clockwise.
