there are so many threads asking this exact question dude.
Anyways, from me asking myself the same question I've come to the conclusion that jwt s3 or s4 cams are awesome, based on what others have said. ( i bought some s4 cams, yet to install.)
And then there are tomei poncams which I've read some good things about. Also read that they're not as good as jwt cams, though.
Whether you're running solid or hydraulic lifters also needs to be taken in to consideration

The math will point you in the right direction. It'll all depend on where you want the power. Once you figure out where you'd like it the most (what rpm range), that will point you in the direction of the cam you need to accomplish this goal.
Like someone said, there are already a ton of threads like this one, mainly because people don't want to do the math. Its easier just to copy and paste what someone else may have (even if the setup doesn't really work). It sounds like you have a nice solid base for an engine, and your power goals are well within reason for a street trim engine. I'm guessing you'd like to have the power band still say in the middle? Are you planning on using the stock intake manifold? What will be the turbo manifold situation? These are all things to consider when putting together an engine that breathes right, when you want it to breath. Once you know you're flow numbers, you're golden.

I want the power band around mid range rpm, Yes ill be using the stock manifold and the exhaust manifold is going to be a bottom mount manifold maybe tomei but not sure yet i still have a little more research. There is somebody's build Ive considered and he even told me hes stock cams and hes 300 dynoed. Stock internals but bolt ons with a standalone ecu
